The Verity Home Solutions Full Lifetime Warranty warrants that all Verity Home Solutions products are free from defects in workmanship and material for the lifetime of the product. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and all subsequent transferees during the warranty term.

Duration

The warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the product, defined as the useful life of the materials and workmanship under normal residential use conditions. This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the products were originally installed.

Coverage Details

Under this warranty, Verity Home Solutions will:

• Repair or replace defective products at no cost to you
• Cover labor costs for warranty-related repairs
• Provide replacement materials of equal or better quality
• Address workmanship issues identified during the warranty period
• Ensure all repairs meet our quality standards

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper Use: Use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs, alterations, or modifications by anyone other than Verity Home Solutions or authorized representatives
• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from normal use over time
• Misuse or Abuse: Negligent, improper, or abusive use of products
• Accidents: Damage from accidents, natural disasters, fire, flood, or other external forces
• Environmental Factors: Damage from unusual environmental conditions beyond normal use
• Building Movement: Structural changes, settling, or movement of the building
• Pest Damage: Damage caused by insects, rodents, or other pests
• Improper Ventilation: Issues arising from inadequate or improper ventilation not related to our installations

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Filing a warranty claim is simple:

To process your warranty claim, please have the following information ready:

• Original service agreement or invoice
• Property address where service was performed
• Date of original installation
• Description and photos of the issue (if applicable)
• Contact information for scheduling inspection

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners of the property. When selling your home, simply notify us of the transfer, and we'll update our records. The new owner will continue to receive the same warranty coverage for the remainder of the product's lifetime. There is no transfer fee.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Verity Home Solutions and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
